Speech Recognition

Audio files can be automatically transcribed using speech recognition. This process is shown below.

Find the audio file you wish to transcribe using speech recognition in the Home page and click on the file name link as shown below.

On the File Details page,click the "Speech Rec" or "Get Transcript" button as shown in the image below.

The user will be prompted to confirm sending the audio file for speech recognition.

The speech recognition transcription will show up on the File Details window as shown below. Use the Create Document button to create a new Word document containing the transcribed text.

Once the document has been created, the user can click on one of the editor buttons to edit the document.
