How to Upload a Document

  1. Navigate to the Documents Tab
    1. Locate and click on the 'Documents' tab on the left-hand side of the Patient Dashboard.
    2. This is where the user can see existing documents that apply to the selected patient.

    1. To upload files to a patient chart, select the Transcription tab in the sidebar, and then select upload.
      1. Alternatively, type 'Upload' in the search bar at the top of the page to navigate to the upload page.

  1. Return to Documents List
    1. Once you have selected the file, click the 'Return to List' button.
    2. Select the file you just uploaded.
    3. You can now view, edit, send and share the files you uploaded.
