    <h2>Starting an Encounter</h2>
    <p>To start an encounter, follow these steps:</p>

                <li>Click on the patient, then at the top of the screen click <strong>Appointments</strong>.</li>

  1. Open the Patient Dashboard for the appropriate patient.
  2. Select Appointments from the top menu.
