Providers can order a wide range of procedures through integrated partner systems, including but not limited to:
- Diagnostic tests – e.g., blood panels, X-rays, MRIs
- Therapeutic interventions – e.g., surgeries, vaccinations, physical therapy
Step 1: Viewing the Procedure Orders List
To access the Procedure Orders list:
- From the main menu, click on Patient.
- Select Procedure Orders.
- You’ll see a table displaying any previously ordered procedures.
- Click Add New in the top right corner to begin a new order.

Tip: Use the search bar to filter through historical procedure orders quickly. This is especially useful for long-term care patients with multiple interventions.
Step 2: Entering Procedure Order Details
After clicking Add New, you’ll be brought to the Procedure Order Details form.
Fill in key fields including:
- Order Provider: The provider requesting the procedure.
- Date Ordered: When the procedure was requested.
- Procedure Partner: The organization or lab fulfilling the procedure.
- Procedure Type: Select the relevant test, exam, or treatment.
- Instructions: Enter any special notes or pre-authorization requirements.

Warning: Always confirm the procedure partner is in-network or pre-approved for the patient's insurance to prevent claim denials or delays.
