WebShuttle can create various types of custom reports. To create reports, select the Reports | Custom Reports menu option from WebShuttle. Enter the desired criteria into the Custom Reports window to run the report.  The user can select the output format to be PDF, text file or Excel CSV format.  Administrators can run billing reports based on line counts.

The Email/Fax Log report provides a history of emails and faxes sent from the VEHRDICT system. This report is useful for confirming whether a message or fax was successfully sent and when it was delivered. To view the Email/Fax Log, select Reports | Email / Fax Log from the VEHRDICT menu.


For any WebShuttle accounts using the call-in dictation system, administrators can view the dictation call log to see a history of all calls made to the system.  This is useful for seeing how many calls have been made or for determining if a particular dictation job has been recorded. To view the dictation call log, select Reports | Dictation Call Log from the WebShuttle menu.
Within the Email/Fax Log window, administrators can search for messages or faxes by date range, recipient, or status. This log helps ensure communication between providers and patients or external systems is tracked effectively.

The Fax Log offers a detailed report of all faxes sent or received through the VEHRDICT system. This report is particularly helpful for tracking communications with external providers or pharmacies. To view the Fax Log, select Reports | Fax Log from the VEHRDICT menu.


Users can search for faxes by date, sender, recipient, or status to ensure that every transmission is accounted for and successfully processed. The report can be exported in PDF or CSV format for further analysis.

The Message Log report shows a complete history of all internal messages sent within VEHRDICT. This report helps administrators and staff track communication between users, ensuring accountability and clear records of interactions. To view the Message Log, select Reports | Message Log from the VEHRDICT menu.


Another report type available to administrators is the Audit Trail feature. From here Daily Log Files for WebShuttle transfers can be viewed and downloaded as *.txt files for the past 30 days. To view the FTP Audit Trail, select Reports | Audit Trail from the WebShuttle menu.
Users can filter the message log by sender, recipient, or date range, and the report can be exported as a PDF, text file, or CSV format. This log is essential for maintaining transparency in communication among healthcare providers.


From within the FTP Audit Trail window, log files can be generated using the drop down field next to Daily Log File. A search feature is also available in the File Name Contains field.  The user has the option to include header files in the report by selecting the checkbox at the bottom of the window.
