Retrieving Archived Files

Files can be retrieved after deletion in WebShuttle. These files are kept for a minimum of three months. Here is a quick guide on how to retrieve these files.


Log into your administrator account and click the "Reports" tab, then click "Archived Files".


After selecting "Archived Files", find the deleted file and click "Restore".


After clicking "Restore", a confirmation window will appear.


Once you confirm that you want to restore, a notification will appear at the top of the screen confirming that the file restoration was a success.
